Consensus reached between union leaders and SAIL management
The long standing demand of SAIL employees has seen the light of the day. In a concluding meeting between the representatives of the management and emloyees of the PSU, decks have finally been cleared to give the employees a joyful Dipawali.
Regular Non-executives of SAIL will get a bonus of Rs. 40,500 each whereas Non-executive trainees will get a bonus of Rs. 33,000 each, leaders who signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the SAIL management told www.indianpsu.com
