Captain S.K. Dwivedi, IAS (Retd.)
A decorated officer of the Indian Army who later joined the Uttar Pradesh government. Had an illustrious career in the state with important stints in NOIDA, GREATER NOIDA and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority at key posts. Also served as the Vice-Chairman of Ghaziabad Development Authority for a long period. A great television debater and popular social worker, he is well known for his administrative, organizational and oratory skills.

Shri Ravindra Shukla, Legal Luminary
After taking degree in Law in the year 1977, joined the Bar as Advocate and remained their till 1986 when selected by the UPSC to join the Ministry of Law & Justice (Department of Legal Affairs). After serving for twenty nine years on various levels in that ministry, elevated to Joint Secretary & Legal Advisor when appointed as Member ( Law) ,in August, 2015 in the Authority for Advance Rulings, headed by a retired Hon’ble judge of Supreme Court of lndia. After retirement of the then Chairman of the Authority in August, 2016, headed that Authority as In -charge Chairman for about One year and seven months. Ultimately retired from there in August, 2018. Now a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India with an experience of 43 years.
