TNV-LEI Accredited by GLEIF as Legal Entity Identifier Issuer; Marks Global Debut in the UK

LEI International Pvt. Ltd. (TNV-LEI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TNV Global Ltd., proudly announces its accreditation by the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) as an official Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Issuer—also known as a Local Operating Unit (LOU). Effective 10 October 2025, TNV-LEI commenced operations in the United Kingdom, marking the company’s first international expansion and a major step toward its global growth ambitions.

Why This Matters

The accreditation of TNV-LEI represents a transformative milestone for both the company and India’s evolving financial ecosystem. With this recognition, TNV-LEI joins a select group of globally trusted organizations authorized to issue LEIs—unique digital identifiers that enhance transparency by revealing “who is who” in financial transactions.

By promoting accurate entity identification, TNV-LEI aims to help reduce fraud, money laundering, and systemic financial risks.

Equally significant, this milestone helps broaden access to LEIs for India’s vast network of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Until now, LEIs were largely viewed as a compliance requirement for large financial institutions. TNV-LEI seeks to change that narrative by making LEIs affordable, accessible, and relevant for smaller businesses, helping them integrate into the global financial ecosystem.

Beyond regulatory compliance, TNV-LEI also encourages voluntary adoption of LEIs as a mark of trust and credibility, enabling businesses of all sizes to build confidence, foster fair trade, and expand their global reach.

With operations beginning in the UK, TNV-LEI strengthens the bridge between Indian enterprises and international markets, advancing the global mission for financial transparency and accountability.
