Khatima MLA Pushkar Singh Dhami To Become New Uttarakhand Chief Minister
The choice is a big surprise as Dhami has never ever been a minister in the state
Pushkar Singh Dhami, MLA from the Khatima constituency in the Udham Singh Nagar district, will be the next Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. Sources said that Pushkar Dhami’s name for the top post has been cleared in the state legislature meeting.
Dhami is a two-time MLA from Khatima constituency and interestingly, he has not even been a minister in these two tenures. Dhami is said to have proved his dedication to the party with his work as the BJP state Youth Wing head.
