It is a great blessing that Kishan Reddy, a member of Parliament from Secunderabad, who hails from the Singareni coal mining area in Telangana, is the Union Minister for Coal & Mines. He too has gone down to the Singareni coal mine in the past and seen the hardships and losses and was blown away. Therefore, keeping in mind the hardships of Singareni and Coal India retired employees who are getting the lowest pension, we are waiting with great hope that he will take a decision to increase the pension along with the drought allowance, said Dandamraj Ramchander Rao, President of Singareni Retired Employees Welfare Association, Kapra, Hyderabad’.
