Alok Kumar Gupta to head ONGC Videsh Ltd

Alok Kumar Gupta has been recommended for the post of MD of ONGC Videsh. On July 9, a specially constituted search committee recommended Gupta’s name for the post after interviewing 22 candidates. PESB chairman Rajiv Kumar, oil secretary Tarun Kapoor, former Indian Oil chairman MA Pathan and ONGC chairman Shashi Shanker were the members of the search committee. At present, Alok Gupta is holding the post of director operations at ONGC Videsh. He became director on 4th September 2019.
