CMD BCCL Manoj Kumar Agarwal Felicitated by Ambedkar School of Martial Arts
The CMD appreciated the institute’s efforts in providing free martial arts training to children from underprivileged and economically weaker sections

The Ambedkar School of Martial Arts, Jagjivan Nagar, on Tuesday accorded a civic reception to Manoj Kumar Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), in recognition of his leadership and contribution to the coal PSU.
Agarwal attended a special programme as the chief guest, where he was formally welcomed by the institute’s members and felicitated with a bouquet and a ceremonial robe.
The event was attended by CMO (CHD) Dr. Vandana, school instructors, students, local dignitaries, and other invited guests. The programme commenced with the laying of a wreath at the statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, followed by the collective lighting of the ceremonial lamp.

Addressing the gathering, Agarwal lauded the philanthropic and inspirational initiatives of the Ambedkar School of Martial Arts. He particularly appreciated the institute’s efforts in providing free martial arts training to children from underprivileged and economically weaker sections. He noted with pride that several students trained at the school have brought laurels to Dhanbad and the region by earning a place in the Limca Book of Records.
Encouraging the young trainees, the CMD urged them to maintain discipline, dedication, and perseverance, and to continue striving for excellence to bring glory to the nation.
The programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
