BEL Kotdwara Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the required educational qualifications and age limit as on 01 December 2025.
1. Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT)
- Education: 3-year Diploma in Engineering
- Disciplines: Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical
- Minimum Marks:
- General / EWS / OBC: 60%
- SC / PwBD: 50%
2. Technician ‘C’
- Educational Requirement:
- SSLC + ITI + 1-year Apprenticeship (NAC), OR
- SSLC + 3-year National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
- Trades: Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Machinist
- Minimum Marks:
- General / EWS / OBC: 60%
- SC / ST / PwBD: 50%
Mandatory Requirement
- Employment Exchange Registration: Must be registered with Uttarakhand Employment Exchange and registration must be valid on 23.12.2025.

BEL Salary & Pay Scale 2025
Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT)
- Training Stipend: ₹24,000 per month (6 months)
- Post-Training Pay Scale: ₹24,500 – 3% – ₹90,000 (Grade WG-VII/CP-VI) + allowances
Technician ‘C’
- Pay Scale: ₹21,500 – 3% – ₹82,000 (Grade WG-IV/CP-V) + allowances
Allowances include DA, HRA, Medical benefits, insurance, and other perks as per BEL rules.
BEL Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
Selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) held at Dehradun & Haldwani.

- Part I: General Aptitude – 50 Marks
(Mental Ability, Reasoning, Analytical Skills, Numerical Ability) - Part II: Technical Aptitude – 100 Marks
