BREAKING NEWS : NCOA Petition Challenging Freezing Of DA For Central PSU Executives Admitted In Guwahati High Court

The National Confederation of officers Association (NCOA) has challenged the freezing of Dearness Allowance (DA) for Central Public Sector Undertaking in Guwahati High Court

DPE had issued OM on 19th Nov 2020 for freezing the DA for the next 3 quarters for CPSUs for “executives & non-unionized supervisors”. Later most of the CPSUs had withdrawn the freezing for unionised workmen under pressure from worker unions creating a clear disparity between the executives and workmen. 

Notice of Motion has been admitted. The court Notice has issued to Union of India to file Reply. Notice Returnable on 04/01/2021 for consideration on interim relief and order.
