BSNL Unveils Diwali Bonanza with Exciting Festive Offers for All Customers
This comprehensive promotion, which runs from October 18, 2025 through November 18, 2025, is BSNL’s way of sharing the Diwali spirit of sharing joy, spreading light, and strengthening connections
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced a series of exciting festive offers under its Diwali Bonanza 2025, spreading the light of connectivity across India. The offers—valid from October 18 to November 18, 2025—cover every customer segment, from new subscribers to senior citizens and corporate users.
A. ₹1 Diwali 4G Plan for New Customers
To welcome new users, BSNL has introduced a token ₹1 plan, providing 30 days of free mobile services with unlimited calls, 2GB/day data, 100 SMS/day, and a free SIM card.
CMD Shri A. Robert J. Ravi said, “This Diwali Bonanza plan at ₹1 allows people to experience our Make-in-India 4G network as they celebrate new beginnings.”
B. Diwali Lucky Draw
Existing BSNL customers recharging with Plan ₹100 or above through the BSNL Self-care App or website on October 18, 19, or 20 can enter a daily Lucky Draw.
Ten winners per day will receive 10-gram silver coins as festive rewards.
C. Corporate Combo Offers
Enterprises taking 10 or more postpaid connections and one FTTH connection will get a 10% discount on the first month’s FMC, encouraging business connectivity during the festive period.
D. “Gift a Recharge” Initiative
BSNL’s new “Gift a Recharge” feature allows customers to gift talk-time or data to loved ones with a personalized festive message via the Self-care App. Recipients enjoy an extra 2.5% benefit on the recharge value.
E. Senior Citizen Plan
For customers aged 60 years and above, BSNL launched a special Plan 1812, offering:

Unlimited calls
100 SMS/day
Free SIM and BiTV premium entertainment for six months
Validity: 365 days
CMD Ravi said, “Our elders are the guiding light of our families. This plan ensures they stay connected with their loved ones worry-free.”
F. Festive Giving: “Save a Little, Share a Little”
Customers recharging Plans ₹485 or ₹1,999 through the BSNL app or website will receive a 5% festive benefit:
2.5% instant discount to the user
2.5% donated by BSNL to social-service initiatives
“With every recharge, customers save a little and share a little lighting more diyas in more homes,” the CMD added.
