Capacity Building Program Organised At RINL As A Prelude To Vigilance Awareness Week – 2023
The session was conducted on "Training of Trainers" concept
As part of the 3-month Vigilance awareness Campaign, focussing on six Capacity building programs (enhancing skill & infrastructure) as a prelude to Vigilance Awareness Week – 2023, RINL has undertaken program on ” Role of Inquiry officer (IO)/Presenting officer (PO) in disciplinary proceedings” as per the guidelines of CVC, on 7.9.2023 at the centre for HRD, Ukkunagaram of RINL, today.
Dr. Upender Vennam, IPoS, chief vigilance officer (CVO) Midhani was the keynote speaker. Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (abbreviated as MIDHANI), is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), under the administrative control of Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The session was conducted on “Training of Trainers” concept.
Addressing the delegates, Dr. Upender Vennam, sensitized the participants on the subject which included, Inquiry process, Responsibilities of IO & PO, penalties, constitution of committee for inquiry, Formats for various reports, time lines and circulars issued by various government agencies.
Shri. G Gandhi, CGM (HR), Shri K Venu GM (Vigilance), Shri V G Mahidhar GM (Vig) Shri TKSR Tagore, GM (HRD) and several senior officials of RINL participated in the session.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri G Gandhi, CGM (HR) highlighted the importance of the session and thanked the Vigilance department for conducting a very useful session to the officials of RINL.
The session was highly interactive and was well appreciated by the participants.
