CCL Bids Emotional Farewell to 99 Retiring Employees Across Headquarters and Regions

Retiring employees were honoured with shawls, bouquets, and mementos as a mark of respect and gratitude

In a heartfelt and dignified ceremony, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) today accorded a warm farewell to its retiring employees at its Headquarters in Ranchi, while similar programmes were organized across its regional offices.

A total of 99 employees, including five from the Headquarters, were felicitated for their invaluable service and contribution to the organisation over the years.

The ceremony at the headquarters was marked by emotional moments as a short film showcasing the journeys, experiences, and memories of retiring personnel was screened, evoking nostalgia and pride among attendees.

The employees who superannuated from the headquarters include:

  • Shashank Shekhar Jha, General Manager (Civil)
  • Raj Kumar, General Manager (Mining)
  • Bijoy Kumar Roy, Senior Personal Assistant, Corporate Accounts
  • Abdul Jabar Ansari, Pump Operator, Civil (Maintenance)
  • Shyam Kishore Prasad, EP Fitter Grade-D

Leadership Pays Tribute

The programme was graced by senior leadership, including CMD Shri Nilendu Kumar Singh, Director (HR) Harsh Nath Mishra, and Director (Planning & Projects) Anup Hanjura.

Director (Planning & Projects) Anup Hanjura also lauded the retirees, noting that their knowledge and experience remain invaluable assets.
