CCL Gives Emotional Farewell to 91 Retired Employees
This included 06 employees from the Ranchi headquarters of Central Coalfields Limited

A grand “Samman Samaroh” was organized today at the headquarters of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), where 06 employees retiring from the headquarters in August 2025 were given a warm and emotional farewell. Along with them, employees retiring from different operational areas of CCL were also honored in ceremonies held at their respective locations. In total, 91 employees were bid a dignified farewell today.

The employees retiring from the Headquarters are:
- Ratnesh Jain, Head of Medical Services, Medical Department
- Navneet Kumar, General Manager (HR), P&IR Department
- K. Ramakrishna, General Manager (Mining), Human Resource Development Department
- Subodh Kumar, General Manager (Excavation), Excavation Department
- Shahid Jamal, Chief Manager (HR), Officer Establishment Department
- Shashi Kant Singh, Senior Loading Supervisor, Marketing & Sales Department
On this occasion, Director (Human Resources) Shri Harsh Nath Mishra and Director (Technical/Operations) Shri Chandra Shekhar Tiwari were present.
In his address, Mishra expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the retired employees, stating: “It is a proud moment for the CCL family that our 91 colleagues have taken the company to new heights with their invaluable contribution and dedication. We extend our deepest gratitude for their selfless hard work and wish them good health and an active life in this new chapter.”
Tiwari, in his remarks, added: “Today’s occasion reminds us that CCL has become what it is because of the commitment of every employee. Our retiring colleagues have set an inspiring example for the generations to come. Their contribution will always be remembered.”
The event was attended by General Managers of various departments, officers, employees, and family members of the retirees. The retiring employees were honored with shawls, bouquets, and mementos, marking an emotional and memorable farewell.
