Health and Wellness Drive by CCL Benefits Sanitation Workers under Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2025
The response to the campaign was encouraging with a total of 160 beneficiaries

As part of the Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2025, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a three-day health campaign dedicated to sanitation workers at Darbhanga House, Gandhinagar, and Jawahar Nagar dispensaries. The initiative aimed to promote the health and well-being of sanitation workers while providing them with essential medical support.
Specialist doctors from Gandhinagar Hospital offered personalized consultations, assessing the health status of the workers and prescribing treatments as needed. Along with free medical consultations, free medicines were distributed. Regular health checkups, including hemoglobin tests, blood sugar measurement, and hypertension screening, were conducted to monitor their overall health.
The response to the campaign was encouraging, with 57 sanitation workers benefiting on the first day, 61 on the second day, and 42 on the third day, bringing the total to 160 beneficiaries.
Officials noted that the campaign not only raised health awareness but also contributed to improving the quality of life and efficiency of sanitation workers. CCL emphasized that similar health programs will continue in the future to safeguard the well-being of its workforce.
