Avenue Plantation and Dustbin Distribution Drive Promotes Green and Clean Rajrappa Area of CCL

In a commendable initiative under Special Campaign 5.0, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), Rajrappa Area, has undertaken a series of activities to promote environmental sustainability and workplace cleanliness. These efforts included avenue plantation drives and dustbin distribution across various offices, reflecting CCL’s commitment to creating a clean and green work environment.

As part of the campaign, avenue plantations were organized to enhance greenery around the area. A unique aspect of the initiative was the use of old drums to create tree guards, symbolizing both environmental protection and the spirit of reuse. These tree guards not only safeguard the saplings but also promote sustainable resource management.

Officials encouraged employees to make environmental conservation and cleanliness a part of their daily work culture, emphasizing the long-term benefits of such practices.

Further, under the theme “A Step Towards a Clean Campus,” dustbins were distributed across various offices in the Rajrappa region. The initiative aims to improve waste segregation and management, fostering awareness about cleanliness among employees. Motivational slogans and awareness messages accompanied the distribution program, reinforcing the importance of maintaining hygienic surroundings.

With these combined efforts, CCL Rajrappa Area continues to embody the vision of a clean campus and a green environment, aligning with the national mission of Swachhata Hi Seva.
