CCL to Organise Grand ‘Vigilance Festival 2025’ on November 7 and 8

The two-day celebration will take place at the CCL Headquarters campus in Ranchi.

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, is all set to host a grand “Vigilance Festival 2025” as part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2025. The two-day celebration will take place on November 7 and 8, 2025, at the CCL Headquarters campus in Ranchi.

The festival aims to reinforce the values of honesty, transparency, and accountability among employees and the wider community. This year’s theme — “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” — highlights the importance of collective participation in building a corruption-free organization.

Programme Outline

The inaugural ceremony will be held on November 7, 2025, at 10 AM, followed by a series of engaging and creative competitions to inspire ethical values through art and cultural expression.

🎨 Street Painting Competition (2-member team)

🌸 Rangoli Competition (2-member team)

🏺 Pot Painting (2-member team)

👩‍🦰 Women Power Vandan (Group Event)

Events on Day 2 (8th November 2025):

🎭 Face Painting Competition (2-member team)

🎵 Solo Song Competition

The festival will culminate with a Valedictory Session, during which winners of various competitions will be felicitated for their outstanding performances.
