Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Reviews Relief Operations in Uttarkashi

Indian Air Force's Chinook and MI-17 helicopters are on standby to provide immediate support when needed

Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a thorough review of relief and rescue operations from the Disaster Control Room in Uttarkashi, following a severe natural disaster in the Dharali area of the district.

He received updates from senior administrative officials and army representatives, and directed that relief efforts be accelerated. The Chief Minister informed that rescue and medical camps have been established, with adequate food and essential supplies arranged for those affected.

Stressing the urgency, he stated that operations are being carried out on a war footing. Indian Air Force’s Chinook and MI-17 helicopters are on standby to provide immediate support when needed.

The Chief Minister reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to prioritizing relief work and ensuring every affected citizen receives necessary assistance.
