Representatives from labour organisations also participated, ensuring that all voices were heard and concerns were duly noted

A Complaint Redressal Camp was successfully organised today in the Kuju Area of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) to address pending grievances and resolve issues faced by employees, their dependents, contract workers, and other beneficiaries from the Kuju and Hazaribagh areas.
The initiative aimed to provide immediate attention to long-pending cases and ensure speedy redressal of complaints related to employment, retirement benefits, and contractual matters. During the camp, a dedicated meeting was conducted to take up the registered complaints and offer suitable resolutions.
A total of 25 complaints were formally registered at the camp. The majority of these pertained to issues related to CMPF payments, pension disbursements, retirement dues, and service-related concerns, including those involving contract labour. Some of the cases were resolved on the spot, while others were assured of timely and appropriate redressal.
The camp was held with the primary objective of enhancing transparency and responsiveness in grievance redressal, thereby reinforcing trust among stakeholders.
From CCL Headquarters, Ranchi, the following officials were present to oversee the proceedings and facilitate swift action:
