Complaint Redressal Camp Organised In CCL’s Magadha-Sanghamitra Area

In the last year 2024-25, a total of 07 such camps were organized by CCL

Under the guidance of Director (Human Resources), CCL Headquarters, Ranchi, a complaint redressal camp was organized in Magadh-Sanghamitra area of ​​CCL on 10 June 2025. During the complaint redressal camp, a meeting was held to settle pending cases in Magadh-Sanghamitra area and Piparwar area of ​​CCL and to resolve the complaints of company employees, dependents of employees, contract workers and other beneficiaries.

A total of 30 complaints were registered in this camp. Most of the complaints received were related to delay in payment of CMPF/Pension and some were related to job/service matters and contract labour. After knowing the pending cases of the complainants of the concerned area, some of the cases were resolved and timely and specific resolution of the complaints was assured.

It is known that in the last year 2024-25, a total of 07 such camps were organized by CCL and this year in 2025-26 also 12 such complaint redressal camps are to be organized by CCL. The CCL management believes that if we resolve the problems of our employees and beneficiaries at a fast pace, then it will lead to the development of the company. The objective of the program was quick resolution of the complaints of the employees.
