Speaking at the inaugural session of the One-day HR Conference under Central Region, National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) at L&DC, RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam on 26th April 2024, Commodore Hemanth Katri, CMD, HSL, the Chief guest of the inaugural session, told that, “Creating exceptional organizational culture is possible only through excellent HR practices.”
He reiterated that India will be a developed country by 2047 through transformational changes we adopt through HR practices. He told that the mantra of ‘Reform, Perform & Transform’ holds good for the achievement of our goals.
National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM)-Visakha Chapter in association with RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, jointly organized this Central Regional Conference (CRC) 2024. The theme of the Conference is titled “Transformation of Organisation through HR Practices – Employee Experience and Employee Engagement.”
Shri S.C.Pandey, Director (Personnel), RINL-VSP, Member National Council, NIPM and Chairman of the CRC-2024 in his address called upon the delegates to utilize fully the opportunity of the interactions and knowledge sharing through this conference for a meaningful transformation.
Prof M Chandrasekhar, Director IIM, Visakhapatnam Chief Guest of the valedictory function lauded the Visakha Chapter, NIPM and RINL for successfully organizing such a valuable HR session today.
The Conference Sessions are undertaken by Industry Experts, famous Academicians and HR Professionals. Secy, NIPM, Visakha Chapter & Organizing Secretary, CRC-2024 graced both the inaugural & valedictory sessions and proposed vote of thanks. Dr. B Krishna Kumari, Professor, GITAM University compered the entire session today.
The Conference focused on various issues related to the present HR scenario in the sessions like Employee Experience & Employee engagement, Leadership in Turbulent Times, Technology, HR Innovation & AI metaverse and Learning & Development etc. which would be helpful to the HR Professionals in their Professional careers.
