ECIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Project Engineer (PE-C):
First Class BE/B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, E&I, Instrumentation, Mechanical (60% marks; 50% for SC/ST). - Technical Officer (TO-C):
First Class BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline. - Assistant Project Engineer (APE-C):
First Class Diploma in Electronics, ECE, Electrical, E&I, Mechanical (60% marks; 50% for SC/ST).
Experience Required
- Project Engineer: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Technical Officer: Minimum 1 year experience.
- Assistant Project Engineer: Minimum 1 year experience.
✔ Apprenticeship of 1 year will be treated as experience.

ECIL Selection Process 2025
Selection will be based on:
1. Qualification – 20% Weightage
Based on aggregate percentage of BE/B.Tech/Diploma.
2. Relevant Experience – 30% Weightage
- Project Engineer:
- 15 marks for initial 3 years
- +5 marks per additional year (max 30)
- TO-C / APE-C:
- 10 marks for 1 year
- +10 marks per additional year (max 30)
3. Personal Interview – 50% Weightage
Assesses technical skill, communication & suitability.
