HPCL LNG Eligibility Criteria 2025-26
Educational Qualification
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Fire Engineering / Safety Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST)
- Degree must be from an AICTE / UGC recognized institute
- PG Diploma in Fire / Safety mandatory for AVP if basic degree is not in Fire/Safety
Experience Requirements
Assistant Vice President (AVP):
- Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience
- At least 5 years in Large Hydrocarbon Sector (LNG / Refinery / Gas / Petrochemical / LPG)
- Minimum 2 years in managerial role
- Preference given to candidates with LNG terminal experience
Senior Officer – Fire:
- Minimum 02 years experience in firefighting operations
- Experience in Hydrocarbon / Heavy Industry / Process Plants
- Working knowledge of Gujarati language preferred
HPCL LNG Age Limit (as on 30.12.2025)
- AVP: Maximum 45 years
- Relaxable up to 51 years based on additional experience in large hydrocarbon sector
- Senior Officer: Maximum 27 years

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years
- J&K Domicile (1980-1989) – 5 Years
