IndiGo to Reorganize Flight Operations Across All Three Delhi Airport Terminals from October 26, 2025

Terminal 3 – Flights 6E 5000 to 6E 5999 | Terminal 2 – Flights 6E 2000 to 6E 2999 | Terminal 1 – Remaining Domestic Flights

IndiGo, India’s largest and most preferred airline, has announced a strategic re-distribution of its flight operations across all three terminals of Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI), effective October 26, 2025. The move aims to enhance operational efficiency and provide a more seamless experience for passengers.

Under the new arrangement:

  • Terminal 3 (T3) will handle IndiGo flights numbered 6E 5000 – 6E 5999 and all international departures.
  • Terminal 2 (T2) will operate IndiGo flights numbered 6E 2000 – 6E 2999.
  • Terminal 1 (T1) will continue to serve all other domestic flights.

This strategic move will help distribute passenger traffic more evenly across terminals and streamline ground operations, ensuring shorter wait times and a smoother journey for travelers.

An IndiGo spokesperson said, “This reorganization is part of our continued commitment to enhancing customer convenience and airport efficiency. We encourage passengers to check their terminal details before departure and stay updated through our website or mobile app.”

Passengers are advised to verify their flight and terminal details before travel by visiting www.goindigo.in or by using the IndiGo mobile app.
