In a remarkable act of compassion and selfless service, Sri Karri Srinivas, Deputy General Manager (Safety) at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (Visakhapatnam Steel Plant), donated the rare O-negative blood group for the 57th time, reaffirming that true humanity lies in timely action.

Responding to an urgent appeal, Sri Srinivas stepped forward when Sri K. Ramarao, a 56-year-old agricultural worker from Hiramandalum, required rare O-negative blood for an emergency open-heart surgery following a severe heart attack at King George Hospital (KGH). Without hesitation, he rushed to donate the life-saving blood, enabling critical medical treatment.

A devoted follower of Sathya Sai Baba, Sri Srinivas draws inspiration from Swami’s timeless message, “Love All – Serve All.” Known for his dedication and professionalism as a senior officer at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, he continues to exemplify compassion through consistent humanitarian service.
