Known for centuries as the city of religion and spirituality, Kashi (Varanasi) is now rapidly emerging as a major hub for healthcare services. According to Vinod Verma, Assistant Commissioner, District Industry Promotion and Entrepreneurship Development Center, Varanasi will soon witness the construction of three major hospitals with a total investment of ₹902 crore, which are expected to generate employment for over 3,500 people.
