Man Will Always Prevail Over Machine Says Director (P&IR), CIL Vinay Ranjan

On the first Day of SHRAM-2021 at NCL, Singrauli (M.P), India, Director (P&IR), CIL Sri Vinay Ranjan delivered the keynote address in HR Conference SHRAM-2021 at NCL HQ on Wednesday. During his address, he emphasised that Man will always prevail over the machine & there is no alternative to result oriented Hard Work. He motivated the gathering to adopt new set of expertise in line with the changes of future business scenarios.

Dr. Deepak Deshpande Spoke on Decoding emerging Business Environment and forces that will radically change how organisations work, Prof. Nidhi Shukla presented her view on Emerging Environmental, Demographic and Legal Shifts – Impact on HR Landscape, While Architect of HRD in India Dr. T.V.Rao delivered on Holistic approach to Talent Management for Business Sustainability, Dr. Santosh Bhave spoke on Building Competitive Advantage through people in the Digital Era, Mr Sanjeeb Lahiri shared his insights on Emerging HR Competencies and Remodeling the People Development Interventions. A Panel Discussion on HR Transformation also took place in which the Director(Personnel) of Coal India Limited, NLCIL,SCCL interacted and aimed to provide a new way to think about How to organize Human Activities to deliver more benefit to the organization.
