Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (Metallurgy): Must have a B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy or Material Science Engineering with at least 60% marks.

Assistant Manager (Electrical): Must have a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60% marks.
Assistant Manager (Refractory Maintenance): Must have a B.E./B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering with at least 60% marks.
Assistant Manager (IT – Network Administrator): Must have a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 60% marks. A compulsory CCNA Certification is required.
Assistant Manager (Materials Management): Must have a B.E./B.Tech with an MBA (preferably in Materials Management) or a PG Diploma in Materials Management. A degree in Law is preferred.
Experience
All Assistant Manager posts require a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience in the respective field.
For AM (Materials Management), candidates with experience in an ERP environment will be preferred.
Candidates from Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) should have at least 2 years of experience in the immediate lower grade.

Age Limit
