NHPC To Provide Support To Physically And Mentally Challenged Residents Of Cheshire Home India, Delhi

MoU signed under Corporate Social Responsibility between NHPC and Cheshire Home India for support for a period of one year

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed under Corporate Social Responsibility between NHPC and Cheshire Home India, Delhi Unit, for providing medical care and nutritional support to the physically and mentally challenged people residing at Cheshire Home India, Okhla Road, Delhi Unit.

Under the MoU, NHPC will provide medical and nutritional support for one year to the residents of Cheshire Home India, Delhi unit. Further, arrangements will be made to appoint doctors, nurses, psychiatrists and attendants for the care of the residents.

The MoU was signed on 17th January, 2024 in Faridabad by GM (CSR & Sustainable Development), NHPC and Retd. Major General Vijay Krishna, Member, Managing Committee, Cheshire Home India in the presence of Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC and Executive Director (CSR & SD), NHPC.
