Noted Industrialist Shri Rahul Bajaj Is No More

Industrialist Rahul Bajaj, Former Chairman Of Bajaj Group, died at the age of 83, in Pune today. He had resigned as Bajaj Auto Chairman in April last year. His funeral will be held tomorrow. He had been honoured with Padma Bhushan, India’s third-highest civilian award, in 2001.

Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, expressed deep grief over the demise of noted Industrialist Shri Rahul Bajaj.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said; “Shri Rahul Bajaj Ji will be remembered for his noteworthy contributions to the world of commerce and industry. Beyond business, he was passionate about community service and was a great conversationalist. Pained by his demise. Condolences to his family and friends. Om Shanti.”
