NTPC Kanti Celebrates 4th Raising Day, Reinforces Commitment to Excellence and Nation-Building

NTPC Kanti marked its 4th Raising Day with great enthusiasm, pride, and a strong sense of collective achievement at its premises. The celebration brought together employees from across departments, reflecting the unity and commitment that define the NTPC Kanti family.

The event commenced with the ceremonial unfurling of the NTPC flag by S. K. Suar, Head of Project (HOP), followed by a cake-cutting ceremony to commemorate the milestone. The occasion symbolised not only the station’s journey over the past four years but also its growing contribution to reliable power generation and regional development.

Addressing the gathering, Suar extended his heartfelt congratulations to all employees and acknowledged their relentless dedication, professionalism, and teamwork. He highlighted that these efforts have been instrumental in ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence at the station.

He emphasised that NTPC Kanti has steadily strengthened its position as a reliable and efficient power-generating unit by adhering to high standards of safety, sustainability, and innovation. Encouraging employees to continue striving for excellence, he underscored the importance of adopting best practices and contributing to NTPC’s broader vision of powering the nation responsibly and efficiently.

The celebration also served as an opportunity to reflect on the station’s progress in key areas such as operational efficiency, safety standards, environmental responsibility, and community engagement. Over the years, NTPC Kanti has actively contributed to the socio-economic development of the surrounding region through various CSR initiatives.

Senior officials including Debesh Padhi, GM (O&M), Umesh Kumar, GM (Maintenance), and Mahesh Kumar Suthar, AGM (HR), along with Heads of Departments, executives, and employees, were present and participated enthusiastically in the celebrations.
