NTPC Showcases Innovation A Platinum Partner A Oil Gas & Power World Expo 2025

NTPC, India’s largest integrated power company, is participating as a Platinum Partner in the Oil Gas & Power World Expo 2025, organised by CHEMTECH at the NESCO Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai. The three-day event, running from 5th to 7th March 2025, has brought together over 100 leading power sector companies and will witness the participation of more than 15,000 energy leaders from across the globe.

Recognized as one of the most influential exhibitions in the energy sector, the Oil Gas & Power World Expo provides a vital platform for industry leaders, policymakers and investors to explore the latest advancements in power generation, clean energy, and sustainability. The event fosters business collaborations, technology showcases, and discussions that shape the future of the global energy landscape.

NTPC’s exclusive pavilion was inaugurated by Kamlesh Soni, Regional Executive Director (West-I), NTPC, and Prasenjit Pal, Project Director (Mahi Banswara Rajasthan Atomic
Power Project) & Executive Director (Nuclear), NTPC. The pavilion highlights NTPC’s pioneering efforts in energy transition, decarbonization, and sustainability through three working models-a Waste-to-Energy Plant that converts solid waste into electricity, a Carbon Dioxide to Methanol Plant that showcases NTPC’s carbon capture and utilization technology and Renewable Energy & Green Hydrogen Technologies, underscoring NTPC’s advancements in solar, wind, and hydrogen-based clean energy solutions.

Speaking at the inauguration, Kamlesh Soni said, “NTPC is committed to driving India’s energy transition through innovative and sustainable solutions. Our participation at the Oil Gas & Power World Expo 2025 provides an excellent platform to showcase our efforts in clean energy, carbon capture, and green hydrogen, reinforcing our vision for a low-carbon future.”

Prasenjit Pal added, “s India moves towards a cleaner energy ecosystem, NTPC remains at the forefront of technological advancements. The models displayed at our pavilion demonstrate how we are integrating cutting-edge solutions to reduce emissions and build a sustainable future.”
