PNB Strengthens NRI Services: Launches 24*7 NRI Customer Service Centre & New Offerings

The PSB aims to bolster its international presence while catering to the unique needs of its NRI clientele

Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has introduced a 24×7 NRI Customer Service Centre along with an array of financial services tailored to meet the evolving needs of its Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. The new services were officially launched on November 23, 2024, at PNB’s office in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi.

The event was graced by M. Nagaraju, Secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS), alongside Pankaj Sharma, Joint Secretary, DFS, and PNB’s senior leadership, including MD & CEO Atul Kumar Goel and Executive Directors Kalyan Kumar, Binod Kumar, M. Paramasivam, and Shri Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra.

  • Extended Toll-Free Numbers for NRI customers in seven countries, ensuring round-the-clock accessibility
  • Doorstep Document Pickup Facility, simplifying banking formalities for NRIs
  • WhatsApp Banking services designed for NRIs, enhancing convenience
  • FCNR-(B) Forward Linked Premium Deposit Scheme, offering attractive deposit options
  • 50 Specialised NRI Service Branches to provide dedicated support
  • NRI Navigator, a comprehensive guide with FAQs to assist NRIs with banking queries
  • A revamped website tailored for NRI customers for an enhanced digital experience

These initiatives underline PNB’s focus on delivering accessible, seamless, and personalized banking services globally. With these enhancements, the bank aims to bolster its international presence while catering to the unique needs of its NRI clientele.
