Rajarshi Sen Appointed CEO Of Alliance Air
Sen brings over 25 years of experience in finance and operations management
Rajarshi Sen has taken over charge as CEO of Alliance Air effective 07th May 2025. Alliance Air the regional turboprop arm of AI Asset Holdings Limited (AIAHL) and is the only Government owned airline in India.
It operates to RCS-UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik) routes to serve remote and underserved areas across the country.
Rajarshi Sen brings over 25 years of experience in finance and operations management to his new role which has equipped him with valuable expertise in streamlining business operations, driving growth, and improving efficiency. His background includes significant experience in aircraft leasing, airline operations and regulatory frameworks such as the International Financial Services Centre’s Authority (IFSCA) and GIFT City regulations.
Under Rajarshi Sen’s leadership, Alliance Air hopes to expect focus on enhancing regional connectivity, improving operational efficiency, and expanding its network to better serve the aviation needs of India’s tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
