Ravi A Robert Jerad to Continue as CMD of BSNL and BBNL for Three More Months
Ministry of Communication issued this order subject to approval from the ACC
The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), under the Ministry of Communications, has extended the tenure of Ravi A Robert Jerad, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL), for a further period of three months, subject to approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
The Ministry issued the order on Wednesday, confirming the continuation of Jerad’s leadership at both BSNL and BBNL until further orders or until a regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier.
