RINL : Director Commercial D.K. Mohanty And Mrs. Anju Mohanty, V.P. Of Visteel Mahila Samithi Perform Puja On Occasion Of Bahuda Yatra

Bahuda Yatra of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra was celebrated with devotion and gaiety amidst “Haribol” chanting by the devotees and to the accompaniment of the music from mridang, cymbals and conches at Ukkunagaram of RINL, today.

Bahuda Yatra is the Return Journey of the holy trinity Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra on their chariot to Srimandir (Main Mandir).

Donned with the traditional costumes of the King, Shri DK Mohanty performed “Chhera Pahanra (the sweeping of the Chariot with Golden Broom) as per the tradition.

Officials, Employees of RINL and a large number of devotees from Ukkunagaram and surrounding areas pulled the holy Chariot along the streets of Ukkunagaram with utmost devotion and spiritual fervour.
