Stand By Assurance Given By Federations In Parliament and High Court On Service Matters And Welfare Of OFB Employees

AIDEF, BPMS and CDRA write letter to Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh in this regard

Post Corporatization of the 76 thousand employees of 41 Ordnance Factories are facing one more other problems affecting their service conditions on a day to day basis. The Federations questions that the 7 CMD’s are under whose control and how they are issuing individuals whimsical instructions when all the 7 Corporations are under Secretary (DP). The Federations charge that the CMD’s are more interested in harassing the employees rather than to achieve the production target. The Federations have also informed the Defence Minister that the post-corporatization issues represented by them are not settled then they will be forced to plunge into next phase of action programmes in the coming days in the 41 Ordnance Factories.
