Three-Day Master Trainer Training Successfully Conducted under National Karmayogi Vrihad Jan Seva Program at CCL
Training Reinforces CCL’s Commitment to a Skilled and Service-Oriented Workforce

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) successfully organized two batches of intensive three-day Master Trainer Training under the second phase of the National Karmayogi Vrihad Jan Seva Program. The training sessions were held at the Human Resource Development Department, CCL Headquarters, Ranchi, from 25–27 August 2025 and 28–30 August 2025.
A total of 53 master trainers participated in this specialized program, designed to enhance efficiency, strengthen skills, and improve the quality of public service delivery in line with the vision of Mission Karmayogi. The initiative reflects CCL’s continuous commitment to developing a skilled, well-trained, and service-oriented workforce for the future.

The training sessions were led by senior experts, including Mr. Vikas Kumar Singh, Senior Manager, and Mr. Harshit Srivastava, Deputy Manager, who provided practical insights and effective guidance to the participants.
This successful program marks another step forward in CCL’s efforts to align its human resource development with the national mission of creating a future-ready civil service system.
