Union Bank of India Organizes Walkathon

The walkathon was organized to create emphasis on Preventive Vigilance, PIDPI and Whistle-blower mechanism

Union Bank of India organized a walkathon at Marine Drive, Mumbai as a prelude to the Vigilance Awareness Week 2025. Nitesh Ranjan and Sanjay Rudra, Executive Directors of the Bank, Ajay Kumar Singh, Chief Vigilance Officer, top executives and employees of the bank participated in the walkathon.

The walkathon was organized to create emphasis on Preventive Vigilance, PIDPI and Whistle-blower mechanism. It also promoted awareness about integrity, transparency and ethical conduct among the public. The initiative reflects the Bank’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, both within the organization and in the communities, it serves.

The Bank is planning to conduct several outreach and engagement activities across the country for Vigilance Awareness Week 2025.
