UP CM Yogi Adityanath Reviews Preparations At Hotel Taj Ahead Of Central Zonal Council Meet In Kashi On June 24

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, CMs of UP, Uttarakhand, MP, and Chhattisgarh to Attend High-Level Meeting

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Varanasi on Tuesday morning for a two-day visit to review the preparations for the Central Zonal Council meeting, slated for June 24 at Hotel Taj. The prestigious meet will be attended by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Uttarakhand.

During his visit, CM Yogi conducted an on-site inspection and held a detailed review session with senior officials. Divisional Commissioner S. Rajalingam briefed the Chief Minister on the arrangements. CM Yogi directed the officials to ensure flawless organization and hospitality for the dignitaries.

The Central Zonal Council meeting is a high-level platform for inter-state coordination and collaboration and will witness the participation of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, alongside CM Yogi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Accompanying the Chief Minister during the inspection were Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, Labour and Employment Minister Anil Rajbhar, Ministers of State (Independent Charge) Ravindra Jaiswal and Dayashankar Mishra ‘Dayalu’, District Panchayat President Poonam Maurya, MLAs Saurabh Srivastava, Dr. Awadhesh Singh, Sushil Singh, MLC Hansraj Vishwakarma, Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal, and District Magistrate Satyendra Kumar.

The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of Varanasi’s image as a global spiritual and cultural destination and instructed officials to maintain top-notch cleanliness, security, and logistical arrangements for the upcoming event.
