CCL Headquarters Celebrates Navratri with Dandiya Festival and Seva Karya
Ration kits and hygiene kits were distributed to four local panipuri and chaat vendors
The Arpita Mahila Mandal of CCL Headquarters organized a vibrant Dandiya Festival to mark the auspicious occasion of Navratri at the Security Training Center, Gandhi Nagar. The cultural evening, conducted under the guidance of Preeti Singh, witnessed enthusiastic participation and was graced by the presence of senior members of the Mahila Mandal.
Adding a noble dimension to the festivities, the Mahila Mandal also undertook a Seva Karya (social service initiative). As part of this, ration kits and hygiene kits were distributed to four local panipuri and chaat vendors. The ration kits contained wheat flour, oil, lentils, jaggery, and salt, while the hygiene kits included a sheet and a towel.
This thoughtful gesture beautifully linked the celebration of Navratri with social responsibility, reflecting the sensitivity and commitment of the Mahila Mandal towards the community.
The initiative not only enhanced the joy of the festival but also inspired society to move forward collectively by extending support to those in need.
