CCL Organises Training Programme On “Disciplinary Inquiry”
Over 50 Officers Participate in Hybrid Workshop Focused on Legal Principles and Procedures

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), through its Legal Department in collaboration with the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department, organized a hybrid training programme on “Disciplinary Inquiry: Principles, Procedure & Judicial Decisions” on July 5, 2025.
The programme was inaugurated by C.S. Tiwari, Director (Technical/Operations), CCL. Amit Kumar Sinha, a distinguished advocate of the Jharkhand High Court, graced the event as the keynote speaker and shared valuable insights from his extensive legal experience.
The training witnessed participation from senior officials including General Managers from Human Resource Development, Electrical & Electronics (EE), Law, Manpower, and Industrial Relations departments, as well as nominated inquiry officers and management representatives from various regions. While many attended in person, several regional officers joined virtually, ensuring broad participation across CCL.
A total of 50 officers took part in the training session, finding it highly informative and beneficial in understanding the nuances of disciplinary procedures and legal precedents.
