During the meeting, CIL conveyed its interest in exploring partnerships in:
- Acquisition and development of critical mineral assets
- Coking coal resources essential for steel production
- Collaboration in the mineral processing sector
The dialogue underscores CIL’s intent to diversify its portfolio beyond thermal coal and align with India’s long-term strategy of securing critical mineral supply chains.
