₹60-Crore House, Anonymous Complaint & a PSU Bigwig: Delhi’s Latest Gossip
A complaint allegedly made at someone’s behest has boomeranged, putting a luxury house hunt and a plum energy-sector job bid under the scanner

“Those who dig a pit for others often fall into it themselves.”
A ₹60-crore Greater Kailash property, an anonymous complaint and a senior PSU executive – Delhi’s corporate grapevine has a new story.
The complaint, reportedly concerning alleged irregularities in a luxury property transaction, was not filed in the name of the executive. Sources claim an unidentified person submitted it allegedly at his behest.
The twist? The same executive is said to have visited Greater Kailash while scouting for a house. During a conversation with a property dealer, he reportedly came across information about the very property that later figured in the complaint.
Now come the whispers: What was he looking for? Was he planning to buy a house? And how was the proposed purchase to be funded?
And there’s another juicy layer. Sources claim the executive is also working the corridors for a coveted MD & CEO post in the energy sector, allegedly with support from a close relative or associate posted in a government department dealing with PSUs.
Still, the irony is hard to miss: a complaint reportedly aimed at putting someone else under the spotlight may have ended up shining the light on its alleged backer instead.
And persons close to this gossip claim that the entire episode is very much a talking point within the concerned ministry!
