Parivarthan, An Awareness Program On Menstrual Hygiene For Adolescent Girl Students Organised By RINL
Program organised at Z.P.H School, Gajuwaka
As part of Swachhta Pakhwada which is being observed at RINL from 16th to 31st March 2023, a programme titled “Parivarthan”, an Awareness program on Menstrual Hygiene at Z.P.H School, Gajuwaka, to embark / inculcate good hygienic lifestyle for the class 6th to 7th adolescent girl students was conducted on 20/03/2023.
Dr. G Sujatha, Chief Specialist (O&G), Visakha Steel General Hospital (VSGH) imparted knowledge on Menstrual Hygiene and created an awareness on good hygienic practices, wherein over 100 students along with teachers attended this session. Social Prohibitions and lack of adequate information on sanitation and hygienic facilities were discussed openly in the programme.
