2-Day Workshop On ‘Performance Excellence For Organisational Growth’ Begins At RINL

A 2-day workshop on the topic ‘Performance Excellence for Organisational Growth’ being organised by Indian Society for Training and Development Visakhapatnam Chapter at RINL for the senior executives was inaugurated by sri Atul Bhatt, CMD, RINL at the Nagarjuna Hall, centre for HRD, RINL

The workshop commenced with the welcome address by Mr TKSR Tagore, GM HRD of RINL and convened by Mr Sanjeeva Rao, GM HR of RINL.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Atul Bhatt appreciated the efforts of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) in filling the knowledge gaps existing in the industry. He spoke about the importance of these kind of workshops in scaling up the skills of the senior leadership. Emphasizing that such trainings and workshops have to be conducted on a regular basis, Shri Atul Bhatt assured the support of RINL for ISTD in organising various events.

The inaugural event was attended by the National Vice President, ISTD Prof N Sambasiva Rao, Chapter Chairman Dr ORM Rao, Honorary Secretary Dr Hema Yadavalli, GM HRD of RINL Mr Tagore, Prof Sai Sudhakar from GITAM, committee members of ISTD and the delegates attending the workshop.

Committee members of ISTD Visakhapatnam Chapter felicitated the CMD of RINL Shri Atul Bhatt on this occasion.

40 senior managers from RINL are attending the workshop which is being conducted by the faculty consisting of Dr Hema Yadavalli, CEO, HYtalent, Prof N Sai Sudhakar and Prof T Sowdamini from GITAM university.
