Brochure Of Ensuing NIPM – HR Conference Under Central Region, NIPM Released
The theme of the Conference is titled “Transformation of Organisation through HR Practices – Employee Experience and Employee Engagement”
National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM)-Visakha Chapter in association with RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, will be jointly organising a One-day HR Conference under Central Region, NIPM at L&DC, RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam on 26.04.2024. The theme of the Conference is titled “Transformation of Organisation through HR Practices – Employee Experience and Employee Engagement.”
The brochure of the Conference that was inaugurated today in the Chambers of Dr. S.C. Pandey, Director (Personnel), RINL, VSP & Member, National Council, NIPM in the presence of senior officials of RINL and Executive Committee Members of NIPM-Visakha Chapter.
The Conference Sessions will be undertaken by Industry Experts, famous Academicians and HR Professionals. A number of HR Professionals from various Public/Private Organisations are expected to attend the said Conference as Delegates.
The Conference will be focuss on various issues related to the present HR scenario which would be helpful to the HR Professionals in their Professional careers.
