Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Mines. It is a Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna Category – I company. HCL is India’s only vertically integrated Copper producing company, encompassing mining, beneficiation, smelting, refining, and casting of refined copper metal.
