Complaint Redressal Camp Organized in CCL Giridih Area – 21 Cases Addressed

Several matters were resolved on the spot, and the remaining cases were assured of timely and transparent resolution

Under the guidance of Harshnath Mishra, Director (Human Resources), Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a complaint redressal camp in the Giridih Area on 08 August 2025. The initiative aimed to ensure prompt and transparent resolution of complaints from employees, dependents, contract workers, and other stakeholders.

During the camp, a total of 21 complaints were registered. The majority pertained to CMPF payments, pension, and retirement dues, while others involved service and employment-related issues. Several matters were resolved on the spot, and the remaining cases were assured of timely and transparent resolution.

The event saw the presence of key officials including Gautam Choudhary (Chief Manager – HR/Solutions & HOD, CPIO), Tejwinder Singh (Senior Manager – HR/Solutions), Amit Kumar (Senior Manager – E&M), Rajvardhan Kumar (Manager – Personnel), Supriya Bharti (Deputy Manager – Personnel), along with representatives of labour organizations.

This initiative reflects CCL management’s commitment to proactive grievance redressal through efficient, transparent, and employee-centric practices.
