Workshop on Digitization of Service Records Held at CCL
It was decided to computerize the service books of all existing employees after updating the relevant details

A workshop on the Digitalisation of Service Files was organized today at the Spandan Auditorium of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL). The session was chaired by Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Human Resources). Kavita Gupta, General Manager (Human Resources/Manpower), along with Staff Officers/ERP and Nodal Officers from all areas and units, were present on the occasion.
In his address, the Director (Human Resources) provided guidance and directed that the digitization work be completed within the stipulated timeframe. It was decided to computerize the service books of all existing employees after updating the relevant details.

Service sheets, which are crucial for maintaining the service records of employees, will now be updated and digitized to eliminate discrepancies—a long-standing demand raised periodically by various labour unions. Once completed, this initiative will streamline employee-related matters such as CMPF, pension, and promotion processing.
During the workshop, a detailed presentation was made on the methodology for executing the project. The ACCENTURE team also confirmed its support in uploading data into the ERP/SAP system.
