NTPC Bongaigaon Employees Join ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ March
NTPC employees and officials reaffirm patriotism and unity during 79th Independence Day celebrations
In line with the Government of India’s ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign and as part of the 79th Independence Day celebrations, NTPC Bongaigaon — the flagship 750 MW power station of North East India — witnessed enthusiastic participation from its employees and associates in a spirited tricolour march within the plant premises.
The event was led by Arnab Maitra, Head of Project, NTPC Bongaigaon. Carrying the national flag with pride, senior officials, employees, and associates undertook a symbolic walk from the Administrative Building to the Plant Gate, reaffirming their commitment to patriotism and unity.
As part of the initiative, participants also took selfies with the tricolour and uploaded them to the official ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ portal, thereby amplifying the campaign’s message across digital platforms.
The march not only honoured the Indian National Flag but also instilled a deep sense of belonging and national pride among the workforce. It further underscored NTPC’s dedication to aligning with national causes and promoting community-driven initiatives.
